Our Story
In 1982, Dave Dart and Lutz Sonnenberg started an accounting partnership built on the premise that a radical level of care for their clients and staff was imperative to success. Since the beginning, the firm has specialized in working with non-profits, for-profits, and individuals and has always put an emphasis on supporting the community through this work.
Ed Bryant joined the partnership in 1991 and lots has changed at Dart Bryant since then - moving offices from the old converted 1900’s house; growing from a team of just two men and their wives to over 20 staff; and shifting from using paper spreadsheets to cloud-based software. But even with all the changes at Dart Bryant, more has stayed the same - the same commitment to putting clients first, taking care of staff, and supporting the community.
With Denis Perron joining the partnership in 2020, Dart Bryant is well-positioned to continue growing while staying true to the principles it was built on. Ed and Denis are forever grateful to their dedicated team members, and all of the clients who trust Dart Bryant to handle their Business, Tax and Assurance needs.
